Isaac Treadaway

Isaac Treadaway is an attorney in Purcell, Oklahoma. His practice covers multiple areas including civil litigation, business formation and counseling, estate planning, and probate. The driving force behind Isaac’s practice is a passion for helping Oklahomans and Oklahoma businesses navigate complex legal issues both inside and outside the courtroom.

Isaac attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law and graduated magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, and received the prestigious Comfort Scholarship. Following law school, Isaac began his legal career in Houston, Texas at a globally recognized international law firm where he advised and represented some of the most well-known publicly and privately held businesses in the world. Isaac ultimately returned to Oklahoma and worked for the largest law firm in the state before forming Lind Treadaway PLLC.

Isaac has extensive experience in high-stakes litigation matters including bet-the-company litigation and lawsuits ranging upwards of eight figures. Isaac is also highly experienced in labor and employment laws including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Oklahoma Anti-Discrimination Act (OADA), the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), the Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016 (DTSA), and many other employment centered laws and associated regulations. Isaac regularly guides individuals and businesses through government investigations conducted by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, Department of Justice, and the Oklahoma Attorney General.

When not practicing law, Isaac enjoys spending time with his amazing wife Hannah, their two children, and their golden retriever.
